Traceability of the shipment
The available items are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from date of order.
In the event of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by + 39leathergoods.com.
Delivery of the order
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing the shipment for delivery. Packages sent by + 39leathergoods.com are packed in recognizable sealed boxes.
If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the carrier and contact + 39leathergoods.com
If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any claim concerning damage, failures must be received by + 39leathergoods.com within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with +39leathergoods.com and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to reasons dependent on the customer (incorrect address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
