The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6/09/05 in transposition of Directive 1999/44 / EC) establishes the mandatory rules of the sales contract.

In addition to the Community regulation of the Legal Guarantee, mentioned above, our company has chosen to offer a further Optional Commercial Guarantee on products purchased both in our stores in Italy and in our e-shop.

For online purchases the order number will prevail

For purchases in stores in Italy we ask our customers to fill out the form below in order to adhere to Optional Commercial Guarantee

• Registration is free
• Without time limit
• The Optional Commercial Warranty provides assistance on the repair of the products, if possible, excluding the shipping costs to receive and return the product itself.
• To receive assistance the customer  must send an email to customercare@39leathergoods.com communicating the registration email and sending a photograph of the product to be repaired.

After verification of adherence to the Optional Commercial Guarantee, the assistance office will contact the customer to give information related to the request within 5 working days.
